No Returns, But We Do Exchanges
We do not accept returns or refunds once products have been sold. However, we proudly stand behind our 100% Perfect Fit Guarantee — because we know even the best diaper won’t work if it doesn’t fit your baby perfectly.

If the size isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’ll exchange it for you, free of charge.
Here’s how it works:

If it’s not the perfect fit, email us at hello@peachybum.co within 14 days of receiving your order.

In your email, please include:

Your order number

How many unopened packs you’d like to exchange

The new size your baby needs

Your preferred date and time to drop by our warehouse
We’ll prepare your replacement packs in advance — and if it’s after office hours, we can leave them outside for easy pickup.
Defective Products
In the rare event you receive a defective product, please contact our team at hello@peachybum.co with photos and details. Once verified, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
